Directions

1. In large bowl, combine the oats, flour, Splenda, salt and baking powder.
2. Combine the eggs, milk, oil and lemon juice; add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
3. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes.
4. Cook until second side is golden brown.
