Ground 1 cup of flax seeds. |

In bowl #1: add ground flax, baking soda and baking powder. Mix well. |

In bowl #2: add eggs, water, oil, sweetener (lik Stevia or Splenda) and vanilla. Mix well. |

Add walnuts to dry ingredients. |

Grease a microwave casserole dish - 8" diameter. |

Mix both dry and wet ingredients together. Pour into greased microwave casserole dish. |

Microwave on high for 5 minutes. |

Turn upside down on to a baking rack. Cool. Turn over and serve slices. (Great with cream cheese & berries). |
