Recipe for roasting raw almonds to make them more yummy and crunchy! Recipe is based on a 3 lbs bag of Kirkland brand raw almonds separated into 36 30g servings.

Ingredients

Directions

1. Spread 1.5 lbs almonds evenly on a foil lined cookie sheet.
2. Place in 350 degree oven on middle rack.
3. After 10 minutes, stir well, then return to oven for 5 minutes.
4. Separate the (foil with almonds) from the cookie sheet by picking up the foil and placing on tile countertop to cool.
5. Carefully re-foil the cookie sheet then spread remaining 1.5 lbs of raw almonds and repeat process.
