Ingredients: 2 cups eggs; 1/4 tbsp black pepper; 2 tsps or 1 packet mustard; 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 cup oats cereal; 1/2 cup chopped onions; 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper; 1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef; 5 oz fat free evaporated milk; 8 oz tomato sauce

Ingredients

2 cups eggs

1/4 tbsp black pepper

1 cup oats cereal

1/2 cup chopped onions

1/2 cup chopped bell pepper

1 1/2 lbs extra lean ground beef

5 oz fat free evaporated milk

8 oz tomato sauce

Directions

1.	Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
2.	Shape into large ball and place in 9" pie plate.
3.	Make a hole in center completely through to plate.
4.	Place in microwave and cook to internal temperature of 70 °F (165 °C).
5.	Remove from microwave and drain any grease.
6.	Allow to stand about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
