Directions

1. In a large stock pot add the extra virgin olive oil on medium heat.
2. Add onions, garlic and peppers, heat until onions are clearish.
3. Next add celery and mushrooms.
4. Next add carrots, soup mix (like lipton's brand), chicken stock and spices.
5. Bring to a boil, turn down to simmer.
6. Add cabbage pushing it down into the liquid, then add filtered water until cabbage is covered.
7. Cook for one hour and let cool down before serving.
