Ingredients

Directions

1. 1)Chop a small handful of broccoli, orange bell pepper, and mushroom (I say small handful because it's kind of personal preference, you don't want too much because it does need to fit in the wrap) 2) Mix 2 egg whites in a small bowl with a tablespoon of fat free milk 3) Heat a small skillet on medium, add 1 tsp of extra virgin olive oil 4)On a plate lay out one whole wheat tortilla and place one slice of cheddar cheese on it 5) Microwave 1 Morning Star Sausage link for 45 seconds (or heat up a real meat sausage link)
2. 6) Add chopped veggies to skillet- sauté for around 2 minutes. Add sausage- continue to sauté until veggies are lightly browned 7) Add egg whites 8) Add 3-4 tsp of Texas Pete hot sauce (or appropriate amount of your favorite hot sauce) 9) Scramble!
3. 10) When egg whites have solidified and are cooked thoroughly, empty the contents of the skillet onto your tortilla and wrap it up like a burrito 11) Place skillet back on burner and lightly spray with cooking spray 12) Place burrito back onto skillet (folded side facing down) leave until browned (this should seal the burrito 13) Flip and brown other side of your burrito and VOILA!
