Sauté onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large stew pot until tender. |

Add ground turkey and brown together, add chili powder and cayenne to the browning meat. |

Add tomato paste and refried beans and stir until combined. |

Add all other ingredients, cans of beans and tomatoes, salt and pepper and other sauces. |

Fill one empty can twice full of water and add to the pot. |

Stirring frequently, simmer for up to 5 hours for maximum flavor, or enjoy within 30 minutes. |
