Ingredients

Directions

1. In a wok or large pan, pour in the olive oil and heat.
2. Add beef and brown.
3. Once the meat is browned, add frozen stir-fry vegetables. Continue to cook over medium high heat until the vegetables are defrosted.
4. After the vegetables are no longer frozen, add the soy sauce and continue to cook until the vegetables are at the desired tenderness.
5. One serving is approximately 8 oz.
6. Note: great for Phase II of the Fat Smash Diet.
