Ingredients

Directions

1. Spray 9x13" pan and pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
2. Mix turkey, eggs, chopped onion, salt and pepper in a bowl.
3. Place mixture into the pan and form into a tall loaf. It will flatten out so make it higher than wide.
4. Spread the pizza sauce over the top.
5. Bake 55 minutes or until 180 °F (80 °C) with a meat thermometer.
6. Note: great hot or cold on a sandwich!
