Take tortillas out of the package and put them on a cutting board. |

Put a small amount of extra virgin olive oil on top and brush it with a pastry brush or the back of a spoon. |

Sprinkle some salt and dried rosemary on the top. |

Repeat with the next two tortillas, putting them on top of each other. |

Cut in half, then in half again, and half again, till you have 8 "pizza slices." |

Put in a 350 °F (175 °C) pre-heated oven until golden brown making sure not to over cook - just a few minutes. |

Take out and let cool. |

Put in ziplock bags for storage or eat right away with some hummus or whatever spread you like. |
